  • International Pop Overthrow Festival - This pop festival is the brainchild of pop fan/writer David Bash. It'll be held at various clubs in Los Angeles and will feature over 100 bands from all over the world. Anyone who knows David knows he has impeccable taste in music and since he handpicked all of the bands, this is going to be an incredible festival.
  • Pure Pop with Alan Haber - The coolest radio show on the net. It's every Saturday from 12-2pm (EST). Alan's shows are always packed with great pop music. It's not uncommon to hear Richard X. Heyman, Matthew Sweet, and The Records during one of his shows. He frequently has great guests too. Past guests include Emitt Rhodes, Susan Cowsill, and Jamie Hoover. Be sure to tune in...you won't be sorry!
  • Not Lame Recording Company - A mail order catalog and record label devoted to power pop.
  • Miles Of Music - A mail order company that really has great taste in music. Sort of like Not Lame but with an Alt-Country/Roots slant. Check 'em out!
  • Amplifier On-line - 50,000 watts of non-stop pop!
  • Popstar! - This website has a ton of links to other pop artists' websites. Many of the artists on this site are independent musicians.
  • Shake It Up - A fabulous site devoted to pop! The site has news, articles and reviews. And one of the nicest features I've seen...a link to puchase the CDs that are reviewed.
  • No Depression - The online version of the great Alt-country magazine.
  • The LeeCo Power Pop Page - The is a fun site that features a brief history of power pop, several pop reviews, pop links, and real audio clips.
  • PopNet - A power pop / popcraft / classic pop resource site.
  • Audities - The Journal of Insanely Great Pop Online.
  • Consumable - The oldest collaborative reviews 'zine on the Internet.
  • Rickenbacker Guitars - THE guitar of pop.
